Shipping Policy

  • All our orders will be shipped through the logistics company GLS, for European territory.
    Once you place your order, you will receive the tracking code within 1 working day.
  • The shipping times for national and international are 24-72 hours through the economyparcel service (usually arrive in 48 hours), in case of not being able to make the delivery by absence of the recipient at origin the carrier will contact the recipient by phone and a second attempt will be made.
  • All orders under 4 kilograms will be delivered protected with an opaque DHL heat-sealed bag.
  • In special circumstances, such as local holidays, state holidays, or bad weather, among others, delivery times may be affected.

IMPORTANT: International shipments to countries outside the European Union may incur additional import, duty or customs charges beyond our control. Iscooting would not assume any total or partial cost derived from these expenses. In case of inspection by the customs of your country, if you do not agree with the customs costs, and you decide to reject the order, we will deduct all the costs incurred from the amount to be returned (outgoing costs, return costs and management or administrative costs incurred). Please note that these delivery times are counted from the time your order leaves our warehouse. Order processing time is 24 working hours. Delivery times may be altered by holidays, summer and Christmas, or due to reasons beyond Iscooting’s control. In no case are the deadlines indicated a guarantee of delivery. In the event of a delay of more than 15 working days in the contracted delivery service due to an incident with the delivery company, the order will be refunded in full.
